Hunt for Molecules Hunt for Cold H 2 Molecules

چکیده
The bulk of the molecular component in galaxies is made of cold H2, which is not observed directly, but which abundance is derived from indirect tracers such as CO emission. The CO to H2 conversion ratio remains uncertain, and may vary by large factors in special environments with different excitation or metallicity. Recent cold gas discoveries (through γ-rays or cold dust emission) are reviewed and the most promising tracers in the future are discussed, such as the primordial molecules HD and LiH, or the pure rotational lines of excited H * 2 .

Introdouction: Age estimation is an important issue in forensics, particularly for treatment planning and determining patients’ rights. Radiographic evaluation of the third molar developmental stage is a significant criterion for age estimation. The pattern of tooth development is largely heritable and varies from race to race. The objective of this study was to radiographically examine and com...

متن کاملBacterial Secretome Analysis in Hunt for Novel Bacteriocins with Ability to Control Xanthomonas citri subsp. Citri
Background: Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri (Xcc), the causative agent of bacterial citrus canker, has affected citriculture worldwide. Varieties of means have been used to minimize its devastating effects, but no attention has been given to bacteriocins. Objectives: Here and for the first time, we report the isolation and characterization of two novel bacteriocins. Materials and Methods: Secret...
متن کاملPhosphorylated Peptides Are Naturally Processed and Presented by Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I Molecules in Vivo
Posttranslational modification of peptide antigens has been shown to alter the ability of T cells to recognize major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I-restricted peptides. However, the existence and origin of naturally processed phosphorylated peptides presented by MHC class I molecules have not been explored. By using mass spectrometry, significant numbers of naturally processed phospho...
